You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days of receipt without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 7 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to long-distance contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. Unsealed goods must remain unopened, EVAKEN GmbH reserves the right to exchange or return opened goods. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired to:

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

The return costs are to be borne by the buyer.


The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.


The faulty or damaged product must be returned to EVAKEN BEFOR the refund or replacement can be issued. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method, refund excludes the Shipping Costs - except you received you items broken.
When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
